As experiential marketing and live cultural events continue to strengthen the physical presence of OTT digital streaming platforms, TV+ is expanding its summer cinema program in Istanbul. The "TV+ Open-Air Cinema Nights," a recurring summer tradition since 2017, will run parallel screening schedules across both the European and Asian sides of the city.
Hosted at Yapı Kredi bomontiada, the Tuesday night screenings (July 21 – September 8) will launch with DJ Ahmet, winner of both the Audience Award and the Special Jury Award for Creative Vision at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival. The European-side roster also includes critically acclaimed titles such as Wonka, Tetris, Finch, and The Fabelmans.
On the Asian side, Paribu Art—located inside Terminal Kadıköy—will host screenings every Thursday from July 23 to September 10. The schedule kicks off with the 6-time Academy Award-winning One Battle After Another, followed by Christopher Nolan's sci-fi classic Interstellar, Materialists starring Dakota Johnson and Pedro Pascal, and the global box-office hit Barbie.
