Türkiye Petrolleri (TPAO) has secured two exploration and production blocks, one onshore and one offshore, in Libya’s first hydrocarbon licensing round in 17 years. Libya’s National Oil Corporation said the awards were made through partnership structures involving Repsol and MOL.
