SINTEK B.V., the Netherlands-based subsidiary of Sintek Group, has been granted "Authorized CBAM Declarant" status by the Dutch Emissions Authority (NEa). The accreditation authorizes the company to directly import Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) covered materials, including cement, iron, steel, and aluminum, from Turkey and non-EU origins into the European Union under its own legal entity, managing verified declarations and surrender obligations.
