China Titanium Energy Chemical has greenlit two major industrial projects with a total initial investment of RMB 11 billion ($1.5B) across Gansu and Guizhou provinces. Designed to scale battery feedstock supply chains, the plans encompass a 600,000-tonne iron phosphate precursor base alongside a 400,000-tonne titanium dioxide and 1.4-million-tonne ferrous sulfate complex.
