TAYRAŞ, Turkey's pioneer in re-refining used lubricating oil (ULO) into circular Group II and Group II+ base oils, has established continuous process control, plant-wide visibility, and zero unscheduled downtime across its operations in partnership with Rockwell Automation. Supported by continuous process optimization, the refinery expanded its annual ULO treatment capacity by 25% to 75,000 tons, lifting base oil production to 52,000 tons.
