The new capital expenditure has been strategically mapped inside the boundaries of Saint-Gobain's existing Weber industrial campus in AOSB. This co-location framework allows the Chryso and Weber brands to operate within a synchronized campus infrastructure for the first time in Turkey, establishing a highly advanced construction chemicals complex.
Operating across an expansive footprint of 10,000 square meters, the consolidated plant will streamline supply chain variables, centralized logistics handling, and multi-tier quality assurance testing, yielding immense operational synergy. Focusing on the synthesis of specialized concrete admixtures and structural cement formulations, the new production lines will provide flexible, just-in-time delivery matrices tailored to large-scale engineering and civil infrastructure works across the territory.
Digital Manufacturing Frameworks and Export-Oriented Capacity Growth
Engineered to optimize the overall operational efficiency indices of Saint-Gobain's transcontinental distribution matrix, the highly automated plant is on track to achieve full commissioning by the end of 2026. The existing technical engineering teams and plant operators currently managing Chryso's baseline regional lines will be transferred seamlessly to the new automated facility to preserve processing continuity.
