Operating under the Sustainable Construction Observatory established by Saint-Gobain in 2023, and previously organized across France, the UK, Germany, Spain, the US, COP summits, and the World Economic Forum (WEF), the "Sustainable Construction Talks" network now expands to Turkey alongside South Africa, Colombia, and Canada.
Moderated by journalist Ilgaz Gürsoy, the opening keynote will be delivered by Murat Savcı, CEO of Saint-Gobain Turkey and President of Türkiye İMSAD, who will outline the dual imperatives facing Turkey’s building industry: disaster mitigation and climate transformation. Following the keynote, Architect Sedat Bayrak will deliver the benchmark findings of the Saint-Gobain Sustainable Construction Observatory Barometer, framing the operational status of Turkish sustainable construction with comparative empirical data.
