Roche Pharmaceuticals Turkey has appointed Hande Hazinedaroğlu Hatırnaz as its new Communications Lead, effective August 17, 2026. Transitioning from her previous role as Communications Partner, Hatırnaz will report directly to the Patient Value, Market Access, and Communications Lead.

Hatırnaz graduated with a bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies from Sabancı University and earned a master's degree in Communication Strategies and Public Relations from Galatasaray University.

Institutional Track Record: Handled marketing and communication functions at Dünyagöz Hospitals Group, Bahçeşehir University Health Sciences Institute, and the Turkish Transplant Foundation.
Agency Leadership: Served as Client Experience Director at Weber Shandwick, overseeing integrated communications, corporate reputation, and crisis management strategies for multinational healthcare brands.
Tenure at Roche Turkey: Joined as Communications Partner in April 2022, leading corporate reputation, crisis management, internal engagement, CSR initiatives, and multi-market regional communication projects.
Executive Training: Successfully completed the "Women Leaders Shaping Health" development program, organized jointly by BÜYEM (Boğaziçi University Lifelong Learning Center) and PWN Istanbul in partnership with UNSDSN TURKEY and Awen for Us.
