The operational framework—backed by corporate social responsibility (CSR) capital from BASF India, implemented by Green Worms, and supported by technical guidance from the IPUA—converts post-industrial flexible foam offcuts into indoor flooring products, including durable floor mats for rural schools across the state.
During its initial operational phase, the program aims to distribute finished mats to benefit approximately 4,000 schoolchildren in underserved communities, while creating structured employment opportunities for regional waste aggregators and processing technicians.
