Recticel Raises 2026 Outlook as Q3 Revenue Surges 29.6% to €201.1M

Belgian insulation specialist Recticel has raised its full-year 2026 earnings guidance after third-quarter revenue advanced 29.6% year over year to €201.1 million, compared with €155.2 million in Q3 2025. Supported by broad-based volume resilience across insulation boards, insulated panels, and acoustic lines, Recticel now expects full-year adjusted EBITDA to exceed €70 million.

Organic revenue growth accelerated to 20.3% in the third quarter, up from 17.3% reported in the second quarter. Group revenue for the first nine months of 2026 totaled €591.3 million, marking a 20.6% increase from €490.4 million in the corresponding period of 2025, with nine-month organic growth reaching 12.2%.

Market Conditions and Structural Demand

Recticel noted that wider construction markets remained subdued, with elevated interest rates continuing to temper building activity. However, prolonged high energy costs continue to bolster the economic rationale for thermal building renovation and insulation solutions across core regions.

North American Footprint: Trimo Greenfield Startup

The group confirmed that installation and startup activities at its greenfield insulated-panel site in Maury County, Tennessee, remain on schedule:

  • Announced in February with an investment value of €50 million, production was scheduled to launch during the fourth quarter of 2026.

  • Operating under the Trimo North America banner, the facility will fabricate architectural insulated metal panels featuring mineral-wool and polyisocyanurate (PIR) cores.

  • The site marks Recticel’s first insulated-panel manufacturing operation in the United States and is expected to generate 78 industrial jobs.

  • The company has not disclosed the facility's planned annual capacity or confirmed if commercial deliveries have commenced.
