Aligning with its long-term sustainable growth strategy, Biofarma Pharma continues to reinforce its executive leadership team. Çiğdem Sayın, who held the role of acting Sales, Marketing, and Medical Director since January 2026, has been permanently appointed to the post.
Graduating from Gazi University with a degree in Chemical Engineering and holding an MBA from Istanbul Bilgi University, Çiğdem Sayın began her pharmaceutical career in 2005 as a Medical Representative. Over her two-decade career across various therapeutic areas, Sayın has held managerial positions including Core Units Supervisor, Product Manager, Regional Manager, Group Manager, and Department Manager. In her new capacity, she will lead Biofarma's sales, marketing, and medical strategies, driving innovative projects and supporting team development.
