Sanipak has announced the completion of its joining process into Arch Peninsula, following the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals. Becoming part of a global integrated pulp, paper, and packaging group, Sanipak enters a new phase focused on consolidating its leadership in tissue paper while accelerating growth in personal care and home care categories.
During the transaction, Barclays Bank PLC served as the financial advisor to Arch Peninsula. Legal consultancy was provided by Paksoy and Mehigan, debt financing structuring was handled by Dome Financial Advisors, and EY Turkey performed the financial and tax due diligence.
