Award-Winning Academic and Professional Journey
After graduating from Sabancı University in 2003, Prof. Dr. Ayşe Kıvılcım Coşkun worked at Sun Microsystems (Oracle) and earned her Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of California, San Diego. She currently serves as Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Associate Dean of Engineering, and Director of the Center for Information and Systems Engineering at Boston University.
Recipient of the Ernest Kuh Award for energy-efficient system design and the IBM Faculty Award for AI-based methods, Prof. Dr. Coşkun is also a member of Sabancı University's Distinguished Research Fellowship network.
