Renewable Energy Roadmaps and Carbon-Neutral Shipping
Store Energy Optimization: A cloud-based consumption monitoring system rolled out nationwide helped conserve 271,805 kWh in store electricity by automating non-operating hours.
Renewable Deployments: The company installed a 1.6 MW rooftop solar power plant (SPP) at the Karaca Logistics Center and secured I-REC certifications covering 50% of retail electrical usage, progressing toward a 100% renewable power goal across all direct facilities by 2030.
Carbon-Neutral E-Commerce Deliveries: Initiated in November 2025, freight emissions generated by online orders were calculated per delivery kilometer and offset using certified carbon credits, mitigating 60 metric tons of CO2 within two months.
Circular Economy and Packaging Recovery
Inventory Repurposing: In e-commerce logistics, 2,473 undamaged items returned due to external packaging wear were repackaged and reintegrated into inventory.
Industrial Recycling: The group diverted 447 metric tons of waste from landfills (357 tons of paper/cardboard, 82 tons of e-waste, and 8 tons of plastics), a 3.5-fold increase over the preceding reporting year.
Packaging Circularity: Maintained 100% packaging recyclability alongside securing official Zero Waste Certifications for two flagship street locations in Istanbul.
Social Impact: 57% Female Workforce Representation
Workforce Diversity: Karaca reached a 57% female employment ratio, with aggregate employee satisfaction climbing to 84.5%.
Community Initiatives: Through the "Women in Retail" project, 204 female professionals joined the retail workforce. Furthermore, joint programs with UNICEF expanded educational access to 16,000 children.
