Exporting to 81 countries across 5 continents, Lila Kağıt has made a significant senior-level appointment as part of its efforts to reinforce its organizational structure.
The scope of responsibility of Işıl Tireli, who served as Director of Financial Affairs and Strategic Planning, has been expanded to include Information Technologies. In her new role, Tireli will serve as Assistant General Manager of Financial Affairs, Strategic Planning, and Information Technologies.
With this appointment, Lila Kağıt aims to accelerate strategic decision-making processes, strengthen financial management, and further reinforce its digitalization focus.
Strategic Planning and Digitalization Focus to Gain Momentum
Lila Kağıt’s new structure is expected to support a more integrated management approach across finance, strategy, and technology functions in line with the company’s sustainable growth objectives.
With Information Technologies now included in Tireli’s area of responsibility, the company’s digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, and corporate agility goals are expected to be supported by a stronger management framework.
Işıl Tireli’s Career Journey
Born in 1983, Işıl Tireli completed her high school education at İzmir American College. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Dokuz Eylül University and completed her master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing at Istanbul Bilgi University.
Tireli began her professional career in 2005 as an Audit Assistant at BDO Denet Independent Audit and Consultancy, where she later served as Audit Manager.
In 2012, she joined Deloitte Türkiye as Audit Manager and, during her 8-year career there, rose to the position of Audit Department Director. During this period, she undertook significant responsibilities in digital transformation projects, technical consultancy, and project management.
Expanded Responsibilities at Lila Kağıt
In 2020, Işıl Tireli was appointed Senior Executive responsible for Financial Restructuring at Hattat Holding and its group companies.
She joined Lila Kağıt in 2022 as Financial Affairs Director and has played an important role in the company’s financial management and strategic planning processes.
Currently serving as a member of Lila Kağıt’s Executive Committee, Early Detection of Risk Committee, and Corporate Governance Committee, Tireli will now lead transformation processes across financial affairs, strategic planning, and information technologies.
Strong Experience in Corporate Governance and Auditing
Işıl Tireli also stands out with her expertise in corporate governance and auditing. Since 2019, she has served as a member of the Audit Committee of the Health and Education Foundation (SEV).
She is also a member of the Independent Auditors Association. Tireli holds a Certified Public Accountant license and an Independent Auditor License issued by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority.
