Agreement Scope and Transferred Products
Under the strategic agreement signed on July 3, 2026, Ribogen acquired the exclusive Turkish sales, marketing, and distribution rights for two products licensed to Gürel İlaç, containing the following active ingredients:
Asemethacin
Vitamin B1 + Vitamin B6 + Vitamin B12 + Thioctic acid
