Paintistanbul 2026, Eurasia’s largest fair for paint raw materials and coatings, will bring together the paint, construction chemicals, adhesive components, laboratory, and production equipment sectors in Istanbul. As the global paint, coatings, and functional chemicals market is expected to reach $485.4 billion by 2033, the event will highlight Türkiye’s production strength and international trade potential.

Paintistanbul 2026 to Become a Global Meeting Point for the Industry

Organized in cooperation with the Paint Industrialists Association (BOSAD) and CNG Expo Events, Paintistanbul 2026 will be held at Istanbul Expo Center between June 17–19, 2026.

Covering key areas such as paint raw materials, construction chemicals, adhesive components, laboratory equipment, and production technologies, the fair will bring local manufacturers and international buyers together on a single platform. Istanbul’s strategic location and role as a regional trade hub further strengthen the international importance of the event.

More Than 350 Exhibitors and 10,000 International Visitors Expected

Paintistanbul 2026 will take place across 4 halls, covering 40,000 m² gross and 14,000 m² net exhibition space. The event is expected to host more than 350 leading exhibitors and over 10,000 international visitors.

The fair will offer participants opportunities to establish new business connections, explore export potential, and follow global technological developments closely. The concurrent conference program will address key topics such as paint and coatings technologies, sustainable production, functional chemicals, and global market dynamics.

Cengiz Yaman: “Paintistanbul Opens the Door to New Collaborations”

CNG Expo Founder and CEO Cengiz Yaman emphasized that Paintistanbul is an important platform contributing to export growth and the sustainable development of the paint industry.

Yaman commented:

Paintistanbul Fair brings local manufacturers and international buyers together, paving the way for new collaborations and accelerating the technological transformation of the sector.

According to Strategic Revenue Insights, the global paint, coatings, and functional chemicals market is expected to grow from $246.7 billion in 2024 to $485.4 billion by 2033. Rising demand for coatings in the automotive, construction, electronics, healthcare, and energy sectors is positioning high-performance coatings and functional chemicals as strategic solutions.

Türkiye Is Europe’s 5th Largest Paint Producer

Cengiz Yaman also highlighted Türkiye’s strong regional position in the paint industry, supported by its advanced production infrastructure and technological capacity.

Today, Türkiye is Europe’s 5th largest paint producer. With increasing production capacity, a stronger technological infrastructure, and expanding export potential, the sector continues to take decisive steps toward becoming an internationally influential player in its region,” Yaman said.

Kenan Baytaş: “We Are Seeing a Clear Increase in Professional Visitor Demand”

BOSAD President Kenan Baytaş noted that ongoing geopolitical developments in the Middle East and the postponement or rescheduling of some trade fairs in the region have directed international industry representatives toward alternative meeting points.

Baytaş stated that Istanbul’s logistical advantages, strong production infrastructure, and regional trade hub position have increased interest in Paintistanbul:

We believe the strong interest from the region will further strengthen the international character of the fair and contribute significantly to new commercial collaborations. Therefore, we expect Paintistanbul to reach a much higher international participation rate this year compared to previous editions.

Addressing a Broad Professional Audience

Paintistanbul 2026 will appeal to a wide professional audience, from furniture manufacturers and paint applicators to industrial producers, construction, insulation, decoration, varnish and ink manufacturers, adhesive producers, hardware retailers, and supply chain stakeholders.

With global market growth, Türkiye’s production capacity, and Istanbul’s strategic location coming together, Paintistanbul 2026 is expected to stand out as one of the year’s most important trade and collaboration platforms for the paint and coatings industry.
