A graduate of Yıldız Technical University’s Mechanical Engineering Department, Erze began his career in sales before advancing into key roles across leading industrial companies.

Production roles at Şişecam and Otoyol (IVECO)
Production management at Atermit
Executive leadership and board roles at Kale Endüstri Holding and Optima
Most recently, he served as General Manager at Kızılay Shelter Systems (2024–2025).
With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the ceramics and building materials sectors, Erze now returns to Seranit to lead its next phase of growth.
