The Cement Industry Employers' Association (ÇEİS) continues its initiatives to enhance qualified workforce capabilities across the Turkish cement industry. Collaborating with the Vocational Qualifications Authority (MYK), ÇEİS pioneers national occupational standards and qualifications tailored to the cement manufacturing sector while contributing to cross-sectoral competency frameworks.
Established on October 12, 2012, to formalize this institutional mission, the ÇEİS Vocational Qualification, Examination and Certification Center (ÇESBEM) assesses and certifies the knowledge, skills, and competencies of existing and prospective cement sector workers.
Standardized Examination Under National Frameworks
Authorized by the Vocational Qualifications Authority (MYK) and accredited under the TS EN ISO/IEC 17024 standard, ÇESBEM operates under impartiality, independence, and reliability principles across two main qualification paths:
Cement Production Operator (Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4)
Cement Central Control Operator (Level 5)
