Diplomatic Support for Turkish Brands in the U.S. Market

As demand for natural products, wellness solutions and dietary supplements continues to grow in the U.S., Turkish brands are strengthening their visibility in the market. Within this scope, T.C. Chicago Consul General Tahir Bora Atatanır and Chicago Commercial Attaché Dr. Ahmet Samet Tekoğlu visited the Chicago headquarters of Talya Bitkisel, one of the Turkish wellness brands operating in the United States.

The U.S. dietary supplement market, which exceeds $50 billion annually, offers significant growth opportunities for Turkish producers. Rising demand in natural products, vitamins, aromatherapy and wellness categories continues to support the positioning of Türkiye-based brands in global markets.

As part of this growing momentum, T.C. Chicago Consul General Tahir Bora Atatanır and Chicago Commercial Attaché Dr. Ahmet Samet Tekoğlu visited Talya Bitkisel’s headquarters in Chicago.

During the visit, the delegation met with Talya Bitkisel Founder M. Halis Ertaş to discuss the company’s U.S. operations, export activities, growth targets and Türkiye’s production potential in natural products.

The meetings held in Chicago focused on the global growth potential of Türkiye-based production and the positioning of Turkish brands in the U.S. market.

Development opportunities for Türkiye-origin brands in the wellness, vitamin, aromatherapy and dietary supplement categories were also among the key topics discussed.
