Ozan Diren Elected TÜSİAD Chair

TÜSİAD has entered a new term following a leadership change. At its first meeting after the General Assembly, the Board elected Ozan Diren as Chair, while Ömer Aras was re-elected as Chair of the High Advisory Council.

TÜSİAD’s new term has officially begun. During the Ordinary General Assembly held in Istanbul on 15 January, elections were completed for the Board of Directors, the Audit Board, the Council of Honor, and the Presidium of the High Advisory Council. Following the General Assembly, the newly formed Board convened for its first meeting and appointed Ozan Diren as Chair of the Board.

Three Vice Chairs Appointed

According to TÜSİAD, the Board also elected Perihan İnci, İzzet Özilhan and Fatih Kemal Ebiçlioğlu as Vice Chairs.

Ömer Aras Re-elected; Guest Address at the General Assembly

Opening remarks at the General Assembly were delivered by Ömer Aras, Chair of the High Advisory Council, and outgoing Board Chair Orhan Turan. Fredrik Persson, President of BusinessEurope, also addressed the meeting online.

Plaque of Appreciation for Orhan Turan

Orhan Turan, who served as TÜSİAD Board Chair for the 2022–2025 term, received a plaque of appreciation presented by TÜSİAD Honorary Chair Rahmi M. Koç.
