First General Assembly Completed at Kütahya Ceramic OIZ
Kütahya Ceramic Organized Industrial Zone, which operates to increase ceramic and porcelain production, strengthen industrial infrastructure, and support exports, held its 1st Ordinary General Assembly Meeting.
The meeting was considered an important step toward ensuring the more planned development of the sector and enhancing the region’s production capacity.
As part of the general assembly, the new board of directors and supervisory board were elected. Following the vote, Gülden Güral was appointed Chair of the Board of Kütahya Ceramic OIZ.
Gülden Güral Elected Chair of the Board
As a result of the election, Gülden Güral, Vice Chair of the Board at Kütahya Porselen, was elected Chair of the Board of Kütahya Ceramic OIZ.
Yüksel Kaya, Vice Chair of the Board and General Manager of NG Kütahya Seramik, was elected Deputy Chair of the Board.
All 19 agenda items discussed during the meeting were accepted unanimously, reflecting a strong consensus for the new term.

Board memberships were assigned to Elvan Baltacı, Deputy Manager of Administrative and Financial Affairs at Kütahya Porselen; Andaç Maviler, Deputy Technical General Manager at Kütahya Porselen; and Ali Artun, Finance Manager at NG Kütahya Seramik.
Supervisory Board and OSBÜK Representatives Determined
The general assembly also determined the permanent members of the Supervisory Board and the representatives for the OIZ upper organization.
Dr. Tanzer Polat Yılmaz, Board Member and General Manager of Kütahya Porselen, and Şule Özbek İri, Financial Director of Kütahya Porselen, were elected as permanent members of the Supervisory Board.
Yüksel Kaya was also appointed as the permanent representative to OSBÜK.
Industrial Infrastructure and Export Capacity to Be Strengthened
With its new structure, Kütahya Ceramic OIZ aims to reinforce the region’s industrial infrastructure and support capacity growth in the ceramics and porcelain sector.
Increasing production capacity, supporting export-oriented growth, and accelerating investments that will enhance the sector’s competitiveness are among the key priorities of the new term.
The OIZ is expected to further strengthen Kütahya’s position as a production hub and contribute to the international competitiveness of Türkiye’s ceramics industry.
Sustainable Growth Targeted in the Sector
With its new management structure, Kütahya Ceramic OIZ aims to build a more planned, efficient, and sustainable growth model for the ceramics and porcelain industry.
This new organization is regarded as a strategic step that will advance the region’s industrial potential while strengthening both production capacity and export power.
