By elevating its Digital Services for Buildings team to Competence Center level across Europe, Siemens Turkey has strengthened its role in the design and implementation of Building X projects in the region. The new center will act as a central point of reference for digitalization services, offering applications such as Sustainability Manager, Energy Manager and Operations Manager.
The expertise and dynamic structure of the Turkish team played a key role in the decision to locate the center in Turkey.
Digitalization with the Building X Platform
Building X is an integrated platform that combines software, hardware and digital services in order to optimize and digitalize building operations. Aligned with Siemens Xcelerator principles, the system is known for its flexibility and openness. Its core goals include improving sustainability, increasing operational efficiency and enhancing overall building value.
With AI-powered applications, Building X can optimize energy consumption and help increase net operating income by up to 10 percent. The platform also simplifies operational processes and enables energy savings of up to 30 percent.

Building X can be implemented across a wide range of industries, including healthcare facilities, data centers, the pharmaceutical sector, commercial real estate, universities and manufacturing plants. It integrates all IT and OT systems, from devices at the edge to the cloud, within a single architecture that empowers building owners to make data-driven decisions.
The Operations Manager module supports real-time monitoring and centralized control around the clock, which improves operational transparency, accelerates response times and reduces costs. The Energy & Sustainability module contributes to achieving sustainability targets through energy optimization and ESG reporting.
