Allocation of IPO Proceeds and Corporate Fund Strategies
Evaluating the institutional financial strategy targeted through public capital markets, Orzax CEO Yunus Emre Alimoğlu shared the following details regarding their operational goals:
We are delighted by the confidence our investors have placed in us at this milestone of our journey, which we have sustained with an R&D-focused approach and high-quality standards in the healthcare sector since 2004. Our motto 'Gift to Health' will now reach wider audiences with our new partners. We will utilize a portion of the proceeds generated from the capital increase for new investment financing, R&D center expansions, and our global market growth strategies. The remaining balance will be leveraged to fortify our working capital and enhance our financial efficiency. Our ultimate target is to build a healthier and more sustainable future with our new stakeholders who have joined us during this process.
