Şişecam Names Yılmaz Erceyes as New Marketing Lead

Şişecam has appointed Yılmaz Erceyes, a leader with extensive global market experience, as Vice President of Marketing. Starting 2 February 2026, Erceyes will lead the company’s customer-focused marketing priorities, aiming to increase the share of value-added products and accelerate sustainable profitable growth.

Şişecam has announced a senior executive appointment within its marketing organization. Yılmaz Erceyes has been named Vice President of Marketing. At Şişecam, whose products reach more than 150 countries, Erceyes will lead the vision of positioning value-added products in the right markets for the right customers, while overseeing the implementation of customer-centric strategic priorities and accelerating sustainable profitable growth.

A Global Career from P&G to Premier Foods

Yılmaz Erceyes began his professional career in 2002 at Procter & Gamble in Belgium, taking on engineering and process control roles. In 2004, he transitioned into brand management, where he held various leadership positions responsible for multiple European markets across different product categories.

In 2015, Erceyes joined Premier Foods, serving as Marketing Director and Category Director before being appointed Vice President of Marketing and Growth in 2019. In this role, he was responsible for marketing, innovation, R&D, customer analytics, mergers and acquisitions, and new ventures, while also playing a leading role in shaping the company’s 10-year strategic growth plan. He assumed his new role at Şişecam on 2 February 2026.

Dual Degree from METU and Leadership Training at London Business School

Erceyes graduated top of his class from Middle East Technical University (METU), completing a dual major in Food Engineering and Chemical Engineering. He also studied Chemical Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and completed the Executive Leadership Development program at London Business School in 2015.

With extensive senior leadership experience across marketing, sales, and operations in the FMCG sector, Erceyes is expected to bring his expertise to Şişecam’s global growth agenda. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening value-added product share through customer insight-driven marketing strategies and accelerating sustainable profitable growth.
