One of Türkiye’s well-established chemical companies, Kayalar Kimya, celebrated the 50th anniversary of its operations, which began on January 11, 1976, with a special event bringing together its employees. The company chose to prioritize sharing its half-century journey and future goals with the teams who have played a central role in building its corporate culture.
A Message From the Founder and a Vision for the Future
During the event, company founder Yılmaz Kayalar shared a video message reflecting on the early days of the company and its development over the years. He emphasized that maintaining the company’s core values since its founding has been a key factor behind its long-term success.
Board Member Tolga Kayalar highlighted the decisive role of teamwork and corporate culture throughout the 50-year journey, underscoring the importance of people as the driving force behind the company’s achievements.
Kayalar Kimya Chairman of the Board and CEO Ersin Kenan Kayalar addressed the company’s future strategies and long-term objectives, stressing that employee dedication and contributions are fundamental to sustainable growth. He thanked all employees for their commitment and hard work.

As part of the celebration, a seniority ceremony was held for employees with 15 years or more of service at Kayalar Kimya. Long-serving team members were formally recognized for their contributions. The event also featured an interactive performance by İlker Ayrık, offering employees an engaging and enjoyable experience.
