SANKO Holding, backed by more than 120 years of industrial heritage and multi-sector manufacturing strength, has announced a senior leadership appointment. As part of its vision to further reinforce its corporate structure, the Board of Directors has named Cantekin Dinçerler as Chief Executive Officer.
The appointment became effective as of February 23, 2026.
In his new role, Dinçerler will oversee the enhancement of operational coordination and alignment across the group, ensuring the efficient execution of processes in line with strategic objectives. Strengthening organizational structure and supporting sustainable growth targets are expected to be key priorities in the new leadership period.
International Executive Experience
Born in Ankara in 1971, Cantekin Dinçerler graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering at Middle East Technical University (METU). He completed his master’s degree in the same field at Bilkent University. He later earned his MBA and PhD in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
Dinçerler began his professional career at Enron in the United States and subsequently served as Partner at McKinsey & Company and Oliver Wyman.
Between 2013 and 2023, he served as CEO of Koloğlu Holding. Most recently, from June 2023 to January 2026, he held the positions of Executive Board Member and CEO at Polisan Holding.
The impact of this new executive leadership era at SANKO Holding on the group’s strategic growth and corporate transformation agenda will be closely monitored by the industry.
