NG Kütahya Seramik held the 37th edition of its traditional “Rising Values” meeting at the NG Afyon Wellness & Convention Hotel. Bringing together business partners from across Türkiye, the event reviewed performance in 2025 while outlining investment plans and strategic targets for 2026. As part of the program, participants visited the completed NG Kütahya Seramik 100th Anniversary Factory, the ongoing 30 August Factory investment, and the Afyon NG Showroom.

Erkan Güral Emphasizes Leadership Through Capacity Expansion
In his opening remarks, NG Kütahya Seramik Chairman Erkan Güral stated that production capacity will reach 80 million square meters by the end of February. He noted that once the final stage of the factory investment is commissioned, the company aims to increase capacity to 100 million square meters, further strengthening its leadership position in the sector. Güral added that production volume is expected to grow by 50 percent in line with capacity, while revenue is projected to double, driven by value-added and large-format products. He also highlighted that investments over the past three years have totaled €313 million, bringing NG Group’s total investment over the past decade, including tourism and porcelain operations, to €800 million.
Nafi Güral Highlights Growth in Production Scale and Logistics
NG Group Founder Nafi Güral drew attention to the group’s expanding production footprint, noting that shipment volumes will continue to increase as investments are completed. Reflecting on the company’s journey from a modest beginning 65 years ago to its current scale, including hotel operations and extensive production facilities, Güral emphasized his confidence in the next generation of leadership.

Devecioğlu Shares New Formats and Surface Technologies
NG Kütahya Seramik Vice Chairman and Plant General Manager Ahmet Devecioğlu stated that 2025 marked a significant year for product and technology development. He noted that investments at the 30 August Factory are progressing rapidly and that innovative collections such as NG Stone, featuring 160x320 cm large-format tiles, and NG Slim, offering a durable 3 mm-thick exterior cladding solution, have attracted strong interest in architectural projects. Devecioğlu also announced the introduction of new formats including 100x100 cm for NG Kütahya Seramik, 120x360 cm for NG Slim, and 80x80 cm for NG Performa. In addition to existing applications such as DDG, he highlighted ongoing development of new surface technologies including SHP Matte, BLT Matte, and high-effect lappato finishes.

Guest Speakers Address Technology and Production Trends
Guest speaker Dr. Mert Özarar, Director General of Information Technologies at the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, delivered a presentation on the impact of artificial intelligence on management processes, illustrating its role in customer acquisition, competition management, sales growth, and inventory optimization. Türkiye İş Bankası Chairman Adnan Bali also addressed the audience, emphasizing the importance of production and value creation for economic independence amid geopolitical tensions, digital transformation, climate change, sustainability challenges, and global economic volatility.
Awards Presented to Top-Performing Business Partners
The program continued with an awards ceremony honoring long-standing business partners for their 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th, 30th, and 35th years of collaboration. Regional leadership and revenue awards were also presented, with companies such as Türkmenler Yapı, DMC Yapı, Beyaz 33 İnşaat, Opal Yapı, and Yılmazlar Banyo among the recipients for 2025.
