Flokser Kimya announced that it achieved record levels in both production and sales in 2025. The company recorded strong momentum particularly in polyurethane system solutions, with notable growth in systems supplied to the construction, automotive, footwear, insulation and defense industries. According to the company, this growth translated into double-digit increases compared with the previous year.
Sales performance kept pace with production. Flokser Kimya stated that it reached 10,000 tons of sales in December 2025, marking a milestone in the company’s history. With a significant share of its output directed to export markets, the company strengthened the contribution of exports to total production, supported by shipments mainly to Europe and other regions.
Growth Above the Sector Average
Flokser Kimya emphasized that the surge in production and sales reflects not only company-specific success but also performance above the overall growth trend of the polyurethane industry. The company noted that it has further strengthened its competitive position in both domestic and international markets while steadily increasing its share of the sector’s total production volume.
Drivers Behind the Record Performance
The company attributed the record results to a combination of strategic initiatives, including increased R&D investments, modernization of production infrastructure, digitalization and automation-focused process improvements, and a customer-oriented, flexible manufacturing model. Enhanced supply chain flexibility and operational agility were also cited as key factors supporting the growth.
New Focus on Advanced Technology and Sustainable Production
Flokser Kimya CEO Ekin Tükek described the achievement as more than a numerical milestone, stating:
“While continuing to deliver reliable and sustainable solutions that add value to the industry, we will maintain our growth momentum both in Türkiye and in global markets.”
Tükek underlined that the company’s productivity gains are driven by an end-to-end production approach centered on continuous improvement. He noted that digital monitoring systems, lean manufacturing principles and investments in qualified human resources have increased production speed while further raising quality standards. According to Tükek:
“Our strategy is not based solely on volume growth, but on a production philosophy that supports high value creation, environmental responsibility and long-term sustainable growth.”
Looking ahead, Flokser Kimya plans to prioritize new investments in advanced production technologies, high-performance and sustainable polyurethane systems, and capacity expansions aimed at growing export markets. The company also aims to respond more rapidly to changing industry needs through R&D-driven innovative solutions.
