The "Champions of Export 2025" award ceremony, organized by the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM), was held with the attendance of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. Honoring the top 10 companies with the highest export volumes during the period, the event recognized STAR Refinery, which operates in the petroleum refining sector, at the 7th position.
The award for STAR Refinery, recognized in the general index based on national goods export values, was presented by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to SOCAR Turkey CEO Elchin Ibadov.
Officials noted that STAR Refinery’s operational performance supports the brand’s vertical integration and sustainable manufacturing vision. Through its investments in regional energy supply security, industrial manufacturing components, and raw material optimization, the company continues to contribute to the economic and strategic cooperation parameters between Turkey and Azerbaijan.
