The Cosmetics and Cleaning Products Industrialists Association (KTSD) officially entered a new phase following its 7th Ordinary General Assembly, held in Istanbul on March 25, 2026. During the meeting, long-serving Chairman Ahmet Pura transferred his role to Nilgün Dayıoğlugil.
By unanimous decision of the General Assembly, Pura—who has played a key role in shaping the association for 27 years—was awarded the title of Honorary President in recognition of his contributions to the sector.
Strong Leadership with Global Industry Representation
The new Executive Board, which will serve until March 2028, consists of senior representatives from leading multinational companies in the sector.
The new leadership team includes:
- Nilgün Dayıoğlugil (Avon International) – President
- Melike Özener (P&G Türkiye) – Vice President
- Mehmet Fuat Morgül (Hayat Kimya) – Vice President
- Özlem Arız (Kimberly-Clark Europe) – Vice President
Ebru Şenel Erim (Unilever) has been appointed as Secretary General, while Eser Arıcı Kıroğlu (ABC Detergent) will serve as Treasurer.
Focus on Sustainable Growth and Public Engagement
In the new term, KTSD aims to strengthen its strategic dialogue with public authorities and prioritize the sector’s sustainable growth objectives.
Newly appointed President Nilgün Dayıoğlugil emphasized her commitment to carrying forward the institutional legacy built under Ahmet Pura’s leadership with the same vision and determination.

With its renewed leadership, KTSD will continue to enhance Türkiye’s production capabilities and industry standards in cosmetics and cleaning products on international platforms.
