Through this transaction, Sika will utilize Azpects' existing manufacturing facilities to optimize its domestic production footprint while integrating procurement, manufacturing operations, and supply-chain logistics.

Strategic integration initiatives include:

- **Portfolio Complementarity:** Azpects’ polymer jointing formulations will sit alongside Sika’s existing mortars, sealants, bonding agents, and concrete protective coatings, scaling domestic commercial reach through Sika’s broader UK distributor network.
- **Dual-Channel Cross-Selling:** Sika will market the Azpects product catalog to its extensive tier-one building material merchants while introducing Sika-branded civil and construction systems into Azpects’ established landscape trade accounts.

Operating subsidiaries across 102 countries with more than 400 manufacturing plants and over 33,000 employees, Sika delivered consolidated sales of **CHF 11.2 billion** in 2025 across its industrial and construction segments.
