Bringing three decades of corporate finance expertise in German and Polish utility markets—including a 10-year tenure as CFO and Management Board Member at E.ON Polska—Kępczyńska will steer Enerjisa Enerji's financial strategy.

Dr. Philipp Ulbrich departs after guiding the utility through grid infrastructure investment programs, capital structuring, and preparation for new regulatory tariff periods, returning to the E.ON Group to take charge of Global Business Services.

### 30 Years of Energy Sector Financial Governance

Joanna Kępczyńska brings operational and transactional expertise across regulated networks and deregulated customer solutions:

- **Academic Background:** Kępczyńska holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics and completed an Executive MBA jointly administered by Warsaw University of Technology and the London School of Economics (LSE). She completed economics coursework at the University of Tübingen and the Polish-German Academic Forum.
- **Track Record:** With 23 years in executive leadership, her background spans key finance and controlling posts across RWE and E.ON operating companies in Poland and Germany, including RWE Polska, RWE Generation, RWE Vertrieb, and E.ON Foton. Since 2016, she has directed financial governance across E.ON Polska's power supply, infrastructure, district heating, and decentralized energy portfolios.
