Starting his career at Bayer and Şişecam, Cagri built his distribution track record through senior industry leadership:

- Spent over a decade as General Manager at Eigenmann & Veronelli Group.
- Held leadership positions at Brenntag, serving as European Key Account Manager for Rubber as well as Division Manager covering Plastics, Rubber, Coatings, Inks, Adhesives, and Construction.

In his expanded role, Cagri will steer Barentz’s regional alignment and market initiatives across the broader EMEA performance materials sector.
